We want you to love every piece you choose from Velisra. If for any reason a product does not meet your expectations, we make returns simple and straightforward. This policy outlines the steps and requirements for returning items, ensuring a smooth experience from start to finish.


Return Window

We offer a 14-day return policy beginning from the day you receive your parcel. This gives you ample time to try on your purchases, compare with your existing wardrobe, and ensure each piece is exactly what you envisioned.

To qualify for a return, the item must be shipped back to us within this 14-day period. We recommend opening your parcel as soon as it arrives so you have plenty of time to decide whether to keep or return your items.


Return Conditions

For us to accept your return, the following conditions must be met:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received it. All original tags, dust bags, authenticity cards, and protective packaging must be attached and included with your return. Items that show signs of wear, have been altered, or are missing original accessories cannot be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense.

We inspect every returned item carefully. If we determine that an item does not meet our return conditions, we will notify you and the item will be shipped back to you without a refund.


Shipping Requirements

When returning your item, you must use a tracked shipping service with an active tracking number. This allows us to monitor your return’s journey and ensures both you and we can confirm delivery.

We accept returns shipped through UPS, FedEx, or DHL only. These carriers provide reliable tracking, professional handling, and efficient delivery timelines. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns sent via regular postal services. Returns sent without a tracked service or through standard postal mail will be declined at the receiving facility and returned to you.

Please keep your tracking number until we confirm receipt of your return. In the rare event that a return package is lost in transit, we will need this information to file a claim with the carrier.


How to Initiate a Return

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account after we receive your return.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please indicate this in your initial return request email. While we cannot guarantee availability, we will do our best to accommodate your request. Alternatively, you may place a new order online while your return is being processed.


Return Shipping Costs

For customers within the European Union, we provide a prepaid return label for your convenience. International customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. We recommend using a tracked service and purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items.


Final Sale Items

Certain items are marked as final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. These include personalized items, earrings, swimwear, and intimate apparel for hygiene reasons. Please check the product page before purchase to confirm whether an item is eligible for return.
